White River Haven, mountain paradise on the river

The amazing White River, full of trophy trout, runs through our yard. We also have national forests, state parks, hiking trails, OHV, snowmobile & horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes- all nearby. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

Meeker's location in one of the most remote areas of Colorado makes it a perfect home base for heading to the surrounding public lands including the Flat Tops Wilderness and White River. It’s also a destination for the Sheepdog Trials and Mustang Makeover.

There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

You’ll also be walking distance to several restaurants, parks, and shopping. This two-story condo is located on the second floor. The open kitchen features granite counters and an eat-in island. Enjoy traditional Colorado living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with an external entrance and all the amenities of a spacious, basic hotel suite a couple miles outside of Meeker. Family friendly, although the stairs are very steep and not recommended for everyone. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. Feel free to wander the hillside directly behind the home.
