This tiny retreat is located in McMinnville Tennessee and has all of the necessities in a nice little package. We are located minutes from Rock Island State Park, Fall Creek Falls, Burgess Falls, Cumberland Caverns and Isha institute of Inner Science. Relaxation awaits you at this peaceful little paradise away from the hustle and bustle of daily stress, the downtown and hospital are only a couple of miles away. Many restaurants, kayaking, caves, trails, fishing and boating are all in this area.

Camper #1 at Smooth Rapids!

Queen bed + Jackknife sofa (Kid Size). More than 2 adults or adults not wanting to share the queen bed please choose a larger camper. Full service restaurant, kayak rentals, and river access next door at Smooth Rapids. Walking distance from downtown McMinnville. 15 minute drive to Cumberland Caverns. 20 minute drive to ISHA / Rock Island State Park. 45 minute drive to The Caverns in Pelham. 45 minute drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Centered between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

Recently transformed from a horse barn, Kayak Cottage now bears little resemblance to its former use - the hosts managed to retain the former barn's rustic charm while completely redesigning the structure. An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

Post Oak Cabin

Quiet, relaxing and centrally located. The Post Oak cabin is the perfect place to sit back and take in some peace and quiet. It is nestled off of the main road, but only 12 minutes from downtown attractions. It is surrounded by green pastures and mature wooded area. Enjoy the scenery of the beautiful sunsets and sunrises off of the large front or back porch. As well as, fire pit area and beautiful grazing horses in the pasture. This is the perfect place to escape and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

The Whiskey Trails Getaway is a cozy and inviting house, Highlighted by the back patio and Hot Tub! A huge 70-inch TV makes the living area perfect for watching a movie or keeping up with your favorite sports! Just minutes away from downtown Mcminnville, where you can try out local restaurants and shops. Walmart and a variety of fast-food chains are just 5 minutes down the road! Cumberland Caverns, Rock Island State Park or Savage Gulf State Natural Area are some favorites.

Purchased as a dream home by the host in 1990, the Farm at Charles Creek is perfect as a peaceful, southern farm house or just a beautiful place to stay while you visit McMinnville.
