Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.
