You’ll love my place because of its homely feel - lots of guests have commented that they feel at home in Chapel House, its fabulous aspect and its magical character. My place is perfect for couples and families. Its open-plan design cultivates holiday togetherness. Relaxation comes easily here. My village has two lovely pubs. Chert Cottage is a delightful and private two bedroomed detached cottage in the centre of Great Longstone. The cottage sits off the road with its own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.

Fox Cottage is easy to access by car, train or bus via Matlock. Located on the edge of The Peak District, natural beauty is in every direction. Two great food pubs within easy walk. There is so much to see and do nearby. Gardens, industrial heritage sites, stately homes, outdoor activities, ancient sites, river promenades. Something for everyone and every season.
