We are the closest Bed & Breakfast to Hobbiton which is just 2km up the road. Lie in bed & watch the sun rise over the Kaimai Range. Lovely comfortable self-contained cabin for two adults. It is situated 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro, and Cambridge. The Velodrome, Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek are 15 minutes away. Relaxing setting in gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, microwave, and toaster but no hob, stove, or oven. Please note that as the Chalet is in a residential neighbourhood, all additional visitors must leave by 10:00pm.

My place is close to Hobbiton Movie set. You’ll love my place because of quiet country setting with views of lush countryside. My place is good for couples. We do have a pull out couch/double bed to accommodate extra guests at extra cost if required.
