The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.

Set up for family fun and remote working. Quiet, Gated /Guarded, with direct access to the beach has a pool, playground, volleyball and tennis courts and BBQ Grill.
