Not recommended for people who have difficulty climbing stairs since guests will pass through 2 narrow spiral staircases. Please note the suite is on the first floor but accessible by 16 steps; if you’re traveling with elders, please consider the stairs. Near Bicol Intl Airport and Cagsawa Ruins, with communal spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden view of Mayon.

The main house has a generator including room for guests, hot and cold water or shower, best for family or friends. Room can accommodate 4 persons ...Airconditioned.... no charge for children... we no longer serve breakfast ever since Covid 19 ... but we will provide you with stove, rice cooker and kettle
