Unlike cookie-cutter rentals, this home is filled with personal touches that offer privacy with private creek access on our 30 acre property. Guests have a separate entrance with access to a space equipped with 2 twin beds made up as a king sized configuration, along with a bath and sitting area. Enjoy the hot tub after hiking as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars.

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round.
