The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Bluebeard's Rest

Bluebeard’s Rest at Heale Moor Farm is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Heale along a single-track no through road. Located within Exmoor National Park and a short distance from the historic village of Parracombe where the local pub and community shop can be found. Easy access to the moor and numerous footpaths, including trails to Heddon Valley and Heddon’s Mouth. A short drive to the beautiful North Devon Coast and many beautiful beaches. Lynton and Lynmouth are a 20 minutes drive.

Rock Pipit is one of eight stone cottages at Moor and Sea Holidays near Lynmouth with lovely south-facing views over Exmoor. Beautifully refurbished with airy open plan living space and picture windows overlooking the garden and views beyond. There is a terrace perfect for alfresco dining or stargazing. Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The open-plan living area includes a log-burning stove and opens onto a terrace that stays warm and bright throughout the afternoon. The master bedroom has its own terrace which is ideal for fresh air and quiet moments outdoors. With two bedrooms, a family bathroom and an additional WC, Watersmeet Point is perfect for unwinding in nature.

It is set within the Exmoor National park and the moors are literally on your doorstep. It has a dog proof garden and a doggy play barn. The garden has outside table and chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful views over the moorland on one side and the sea on the other. We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
