Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula, near Deer Isle, the cabins afford access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

Keeper's House Apartment at the Lighthouse

Rent the keeper's apartment at the Swan's Island Lighthouse. The apartment is located on the upper level of the keeper's house and is well-appointed, tidy, and bright. Sleeps 2. Minimum stay 7 nights Sunday to Saturday. The grounds of the light station are Town property, and open to the public so while the keeper's apartment is private, the downstairs space and grounds will have visitors. You will be responsible for keeping the outside doors of the building locked when not open to the public.

Wanting to be close to the coast, but the quietness of the forest? This cottage is for you! This quiet cottage is sited on a dead-end side road in Deer Isle. Close to beaches, swimming at the Lily pond, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. Close to the Deer Isle village and about fifteen minutes away from Stonington. We are about and hour and a half away from the Bangor International airport and an hour away from Bar Harbor. Fully equipped kitchen, free WI-FI, and a smart tv.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.
