Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

The perfect spot for your next getaway. Located 10 minutes from Havelock and 45 minutes from Blenheim, on arrival you’ll find yourself surrounded by native bush and abundant bird life. Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. All sliding doors open up onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the picturesque view. Our mooring may be available

Idyllic Moutere Mountain View Studio

A sunny country cottage and former art studio, is set in our organic garden with abundant bird live and view of the mountains. Lovingly renovated it's fully self contained with a beautiful deck where you can enjoy colourful sunsets and a wonderful country night sky. We are 8 minutes drive away from Motueka and one of the regions most popular cafes and 1 km down the road you can join up with the Great Taste Bike Trail. We are central to the national parks, beaches and many more adventures

Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is nestled in the foothills of the Kaikōura Seaward Ranges, 6 km north of Kaikōura township. Designed for short and longer stays, the home is private, peaceful, and set in a beautiful rural landscape. The bedroom, living and dining spaces, bathroom, and deck enjoy mountain and garden views, with glimpses of the ocean from the grounds. On arrival, you’ll find a small selection of freshly prepared provisions — enough for a simple breakfast or two, with our compliments.

Omaka Valley Hut

Explore the local world class wineries, sample delightful local produce, take a trip to the Marlborough Sounds, or bring your mountain bike or walking shoes and trial the track located behind the hut!

Distillers Cottage

Want to escape to the stunning vineyards of Marlborough and stay in the countryside, next to a gin distillery? We have you covered. The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

Ben Morven Vineyard Cottage

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Walk around the property and nearby walking tracks to explore the surrounding area. Wifi and full Sky Satellite TV.

Parkview Cottage - stroll to town

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

This one-of-a-kind retreat has a distinctive charm, highlighted by breathtaking views of the township and the surrounding landscape. As you stroll through lush New Zealand flora and past a tranquil waterfall on your way to the entrance, the ambiance of the space comes to life.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Mount Street Retreat

Come and enjoy our newly renovated studio with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break away. The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the city fringe, only a 10 minute walk into the local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Enjoy the views and soak up the sun from your own private deck area or retreat inside and relax in style. Our studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers.

Be prepared for the peace and serenity of this beautiful Seascape cottage to envelop you. The cottage is nestled in native bush, with mesmerising views over the Bay below you, and beyond to Queen Charlotte Sound. Your cottage is 9km from the centre of Picton, but you'll feel like you're a world away. It is the perfect couples retreat, where peace, privacy, and nature prevail. A place where magical memories are made.
