Watch the boats go by on the water below & enjoy the tranquility of the native bush & birdsong. Take a walk down one of the tracks to the waterfront, for a swim, to soak up the sun or go for a kayak. The wagon features a queen bed & ensuite toilet. Adjacent to the wagon is a covered kitchen / dining area & an outside hot water bush shower is amongst the ferns.

With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.
