Woodruff Place Carriage House

The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.

Enjoy your morning coffee Al fresco in the lush patio in late spring towards end of summer. If you’re jam is grilling there is a flat iron grill at the gazebo as well as a coals grill in the deck, just let me know so we can plan accordingly. Or walk over to “El Morral” Mexican Restaurant just about two blocks away and while your there try their different Margarita’s flavors. Or hop on 65 highway just a three minute drive, and head over to downtown in just ten minutes.

This space is located in beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood. Most homes were built in the in the early 1920's. Our home was built in 2005. This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit
