Furnished with a combination of antiques and modern fixtures, this room offers a wonderful space to entertain at home while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city. Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! La Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

A unique experience in a historical dwelling located in the Chianti region. This medieval castle is situated in a strategic position, surrounded by the major Tuscan touristic attractions. The suite is at the entrance floor level: double bedroom with bathroom, sofa bed for two people, kitchenette, fireplace.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
