Sunny Inverness Cottage

Private and peaceful guest cottage in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness. It is 15 minutes from ocean beaches, bay swimming and the restaurants and shops of Point Reyes Station. This comfortable and clean one bedroom, one bath cottage is located down a long driveway that is shared by the main house and is surrounded by forest. Walls of windows in the bedroom and living room let in light and forest views, but the orientation of the house allows for privacy. The living room has a wood burning stove, small kitchen (oven, stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), small TV with cable and DVD, wireless internet, a deck with table and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower and the toilet is in an adjoining room. Towels and linens are provided. Two sides of the property border the state park, and the cottage is only minutes from beaches on Tomales Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2. No pets. No Smoking. 1 night minimum. Please give us at least two days notice for bookings.

Farm in the city & sweeping bayview

Our house is a half mile from downtown San Rafael. It is a 1/2 acre with goats, organic gardens, and a pool. It is a farm and resort all in one! We have a bay and city view from almost every room in the house. Wineries 20 miles away. Don't' worry if you're not interested in the farm, the unit is far enough away that you will not be bothered by it. For those who love a good petting zoo, feel free to visit our friendly animals. If you like to cook, we have a gourmet kitchen, and espresso machine

Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

Enjoy EZ access to everything from this centrally located place. Pets welcome, but we can’t have dogs swimming it negatively affects pool -so sorry! Our 6-year old + Aussie is good w dogs, but can be territorial at first. Dogs cannot be left alone in bungalow unless arranged with me because neighbors complain about barking — sorry. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I charge a $25 which is low pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
