Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License ETV6973, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold/warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, aprox. 120m from the beach, max. occupancy 6adults + 2children between 0-12years old, Sat Tv, safe, fully equiped. Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Este alojamiento se alquila mediante contrato: LAU Ley 29/1994 24 de noviembre de Arrendamientos Urbanos sin ofrecer servicios o suministros adicionales -Estancias de alquiler larga duración -Estancias de alquiler temporal sin fines turísticos/vacacionales. Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
