Newly constructed chalet, perched mountainside overlooking Margaree Valley. With high ceilings and huge windows, the space provides guests with a bright, airy and cozy atmosphere. Outside a 200 sq/ft veranda offer space to enjoy fresh air, sunshine, a good book, and incredible country views. When not enjoying the natural beauty of the 14 acre property, the chalet also offers professionally designed interior, full kitchens/BBQ, SMART TV, free Wifi, electric fireplace, heat and air conditioning. With no immediate neighbors, our chalets are surrounded by forest and farm land and the perfect place to relax, and unwind while overlooking the Valley below. It is the perfect balance of having all the amenities of home, as well as the opportunity to enjoy some peaceful time away. Regardless, on 14 acres, there is lots of room to stretch your legs! Hosts will be available via call/text/email or Airbnb message during your stay with us. If a problem arises, a team member will be on site to solve with problem as quickly as possible. Kody’s place is located in Margaree Valley Nova Scotia Canada. Approximately 6 kilometers off Cabot Trail, this location is the perfect base for your trip around the Trail, or around Western and Central Cape Breton. Our proximity to Inverness, Baddeck, Cheticamp and Ingonish make day trips from this base easy. As the last civic address on a public road, we are reachable by motor vehicle year round. During winter months our location is also easily accessible by snowmobile, and during the Spring, Summer and Autumn by ATV.

The Worn Doorstep Guest Suite in heart of village!

Light and airy guest suite attached to main level of our family home. Includes one queen bed, full bath with shower, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and sink. Shared barbeque located on lower level. Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. After booking, check-in instructions will be sent via the inbox of the Airbnb app. Please read the instructions carefully prior to your arrival.

The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite with Coffee Bar!

Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

Your perfect vacation home, a few minutes off the Cabot Trail. Amazing mountain views, stroll down to the Ross bridge to swim or fish the Margaree’s named salmon pools. Many ocean beaches, golf Cabot Links/Cliffs or more, hike in CB Highlands National Park, kayaking, SUP boarding, river tubing, fall colors, local music - and most activities in 30 minutes or less. Winter sports? We're near the 805 snowmobile trail (ck the status), X-country ski or snowshoe from the backyard.

Wild Rose Cottage

This cottage is centrally located between Baddeck, Inverness and Cheticamp. It is approximately 30 min each way. It features a lovely, large back yard with firepit area and mountain views. The Portree bridge is a short walk down the road, which is a popular swimming spot. The river runs along the opposite side of the road. There are lots of local beaches, hiking trails and golf courses in the area. The property also has direct access to the highland snowmobile/atv trails.

Perched on a hilltop overlooking Grand Étang, Cedar Peak offers unparalleled vistas. Watch the sun rise over the highlands through the 13ft window while you sip coffee from the open-concept living area. After a day of exploring, unwind on the panoramic patio as the sun sets over the ocean. Cedar Peak is fully loaded with a full kitchen, home theatre, and many other amenities. I built this home to be a secluded, barrier-free chalet for the ultimate Cape Breton experience.

Our studio guesthouse is located minutes from Chimney Corner Beach and the world famous Cabot Trail. We are located just 20 minutes from the town of Inverness, where you can enjoy a round of golf at our world class golf courses as well as enjoy many great restaurants and beaches. Tiny House on Wheels - Farm House

This meticulously crafted tiny house on wheels will bring you back to a traditional farm house feel. With a double bed on the main level, and a loft with a double bed, this tiny house comfortably sleeps 4. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove, inflow heating and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.

The Garden Shed

Our little Garden Shed is a rustic guesthouse on our family property, perched above the beautiful Margaree Valley and just off the Cabot Trail. It's a cozy, rustic space with a composting toilet, solar shower, woodstove heat, and lots of charm — best suited to guests looking for a simple, countryside stay.
