We’re minutes away from Inverness, Cabot Links & the most beautiful beaches on our island This unit sleeps 6 comfortably but has the option to sleep an additional 2 on sofabeds if sharing a smaller space is not a concern We’re the perfect last stop when travelling the Cabot Trail from East to the West side of the island & we’re only a short drive to the mainland when leaving or if you prefer to start your Cape Breton adventure travelling up the west coast we are on your way to the Cabot Trail

The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite with Coffee Bar!

Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

Cabot Trail Ocean Front & Mountain View Lodge

Knotty Pine Lodge is an open concept beautiful and spacious retreat offering both privacy and luxury amenities. Located on the Cabot Trial, nearing hiking trails, golf clubs, beaches, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, snowmobile trails and the "MUST VISIT" Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The solid wood lodge sits on a large private wooded lot that features a 1300 ft driveway, manicured lawn, spectacular panoramic mountain & ocean views and astonishing star-gazing at night.

Wild Rose Cottage

This cottage is centrally located between Baddeck, Inverness and Cheticamp. It is approximately 30 min each way. It features a lovely, large back yard with firepit area and mountain views. The Portree bridge is a short walk down the road, which is a popular swimming spot. The river runs along the opposite side of the road. There are lots of local beaches, hiking trails and golf courses in the area. The property also has direct access to the highland snowmobile/atv trails.

Perched on a hilltop overlooking Grand Étang, Cedar Peak offers unparalleled vistas. Watch the sun rise over the highlands through the 13ft window while you sip coffee from the open-concept living area. After a day of exploring, unwind on the panoramic patio as the sun sets over the ocean. Cedar Peak is fully loaded with a full kitchen, home theatre, and many other amenities. I built this home to be a secluded, barrier-free chalet for the ultimate Cape Breton experience.

Our studio guesthouse is located minutes from Chimney Corner Beach and the world famous Cabot Trail. We are located just 20 minutes from the town of Inverness, where you can enjoy a round of golf at our world class golf courses as well as enjoy many great restaurants and beaches. Chez Marianne - Hot tub getaway!

Charming and cozy, this fully renovated house is the perfect getaway! Located only 10 minutes away from the village of Cheticamp and the Gypsum Mines Trail, 15 minutes from the Cape Breton Highland National Park, and 30 minutes away from the Cabot Cape Breton Golf Resort, this perfect spot has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a small living room, one bathroom and a private 6 person hot tub.

Swallow Bank Cottage #5, two bedroom on the River

Two bedroom cottage located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 5 has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. The covered front porch is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring beautiful Cape Breton Island. Guests can check-in after 3pm. Check out is 11am.

Riverside Retreat

Located across the road from some of the best fishing pools on the renouned Margaree River, and centrally located (within 30 mins respectively) to Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Links, Bell Bay, and Le Portage golf courses. Ideally located for other activities such as tubing down the river, cycling the Cabot Trail and close to a grocery store with NSLC Products

The Garden Shed

Our little Garden Shed is a rustic guesthouse on our family property, perched above the beautiful Margaree Valley and just off the Cabot Trail. It's a cozy, rustic space with a composting toilet, solar shower, woodstove heat, and lots of charm — best suited to guests looking for a simple, countryside stay.
