Upstairs area is all newly remodeled and has a unique flare. Perfect space for short term rentals. Laundry available if needed. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Favorable to those who enjoy skiing/snowboarding at Granite Peak. We do have a cat named Billy.
