Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Our cabin has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, and a large open plan living space with kitchen. We are 10 minutes from Tarbert and 30 mins from the west side beaches. A wood burning stove will keep you warm in the evenings. A large wrap around balcony is lovely for sitting outside and watching the seals and otters in the bay.
