Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

The Cozy Corner is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston and NH Seacoast, close to Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots. 10 minutes from major shopping centers!

Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Welcome to our home, your charming Victorian getaway! We offer character, convenience & over 1100 sq ft living space. Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.

There's also basketball courts down the street!
