It is surrounded by 30 restaurants that offer diversity of food: seafood, meat, vegetarian and local dishes. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walking that has service to different cities. Also there is close a park, a medical center and a gym. It is located 30 minutes from the airport and close to Princes and Intercontinental Hotels.

The Bedroom #3 has Two twin size beds and a closet. The loft has a 40” smart TV is between the bedrooms.
