Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

2 fully furnished and separated apartments located only 150m from the beach. The apartments can each accommodate up to 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults). It’s located as a part of a private villa (the apartments have separate entries, “below” the house as you can see from the picture where the stairs lead to 2 doors) with parking, garden, and BBQ. The city center is 500m away along the promenade by the sea. Restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets nearby and walking distance

Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.
