Ima natkrivenu terasu i veliku okućnicu od 2000 qm , na kojoj se nalazi parkiralište ,voćnjak i maslinik.Posebno je pogodan za obitelji koja imaju malu djecu ili kućne ljubimce. 20 m od kuće nalazi se malena trgovina sa svježim pekarskim proizvodima.

Apartman Mia nalazi se u malom mjestu Stivan na otoku Cresu. U nepsrednoj blizi se nalazi trgovina i crkva, dok je restoran udaljen 5 minuta hoda, a plaža 15ak min. Apartman ima dvije terase, prednju veliku koja gleda na centar sela (te na planinu Osoršćicu i u daljini more), te stražnju malu terasu s pogledom na vrt. Ispod kuće se nalazi vrt s maslinama i parkirnim mjestima.

Lavander room has wonderful view, that is true. But a small balcony cover in a tangerine fruit, surrounded with fresh air and wonderful sound of cricket.
