The wonderful 4bd, 2ba farm-house is situated on the quieter North side of Mahia. The one acre House site offers un-obstructed panoramic Pacific Ocean views that over-look the Tokaroa Reef and beautiful white sand cove beaches ideal for bathing and swimming. The house is tastefully decorated by the furniture design owners based in Los Angeles, many of the pieces collected from their travels. If you are wanting to get away from it all and create a memorable holiday this is the ideal retreat.

Blue Bay Mahia, Beachfront Bliss

Relax and enjoy uninterrupted seaviews from our comfortable beachfront Bach. The living, dining and two main bedrooms all have views across bay. With decks on both northern and southern sides you can enjoy outdoor dining most days. Opoutama beach is a lovely sandy beach; great for young children & only a short walk away through the reserve. Opoutama store is a handy 10min walk away. Minimum 3 night stay over long weekends. Linen can be arranged for an extra charge ($75 for complete houselot).

Here, you’ll find Mokotahi walk, surfing and fishing , and ample family activities on the beach front decking and lawn

Starboard Retreat

Welcome to our unique hexagon-shaped bach in the heart of Mahia! Originally built for the America’s Cup Village, this spacious three-bedroom retreat is less than a 300 metre walk from the beach, boat launch, pub, and sports courts. Buckets, spades, boogie boards, basketballs, tennis rackets and tennis balls are provided. Plenty of parking for your boat. In the winter, stay warm by the wood burner. Lots of board games, DVD's and books too. We look forward to hosting you.

Mahia Beach Lodge .

Mahia Beach Lodge is situated in the Mahia Beach village just a short walk to the beach and village amenities. It is a 2 story house with lounge, kitchen living area upstairs opening out onto a large deck. 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin single bedroom and bath room upstairs. Down stairs is a queen bedroom, a large room with a queen bed and 3 singles beds, and bathroom.Laundry is located out the back door on the right. This is shared with the house in the rear of the section.

Nestled away on a private section , but close enough to all the action, this new beach house is suitable for up to 2 families. Set up for outdoor living at it's best during summer, or cosy up inside with the fire on during the cooler months. Five minutes walk to the beach and all of Mahia's hot spots.

Mahia Bach

Located in the heart of popular Mahia Beach. This 3 bedroom holiday home is set up for the entire family to enjoy all year round. Fully exposed to the sun with a 90 square metre deck and plenty of room for backyard cricket and touch rugby. Just a short stroll to the local Sunset Point Bar and Bistro, Mahia Store, local playground and boat ramp. Perfect spot to enjoy sand castles at the beach, paddleboarding and hours of fun in the sea.

The Hall Mahia

Rocket Beach Bach. Character, atmosphere and entertaining space a few minutes walk from the beach. The Hall is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home 500 metres from Mahia's main beach. High ceilings, wooden floors and 2 generous verandahs give space and character. Beach house Mahia. BYO LINEN- We are unable to provide sheets and towels. Removing all rubbish and recycling as you depart. What you bring in, you need to take with you.

Mahia Heights Beach Views

Our home is on an elevated site, with lovely views down to the beach and the bay, and is a short walk to the sand. The guest suite is situated at one end of the house and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and a separate lounge room with its own private deck and entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy waking to the sound of the waves and the local bird life. Have breakfast on the deck while taking in the views.

Beachfront Apartment

Modern ground floor apartment on beachfront Moana Drive. The spacious living room opens to a covered outdoor deck area opposite the beach. secure Boat parking and wash down available. winter bookings are made warm and cosy with a woodsman Tarras fire in the main living space on the sand dune down the walkway opposite house is an 8 seater table and chairs for dining. please leave as you found it.
