Terraced cottage, village location.

Our house is a beautiful, historic terraced cottage in a small village just outside of Penzance. The area is a conservation area. There are many original features. The house is directly opposite an eleventh century church providing a beautiful, restful view. We have two bedrooms available, a victorian style bathroom, a large living room with wood burning stove, a kitchen with original slate tiling and a conservatory style extension. The house is suitable for two couples, or a small family.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

Perched on a hillside above Newlyn Harbour, with panoramic views over Mount's Bay, sits this lovingly restored granite home. Once an old chapel, Fairhaven exudes historic charm from the stained glass window of a traditional Cornish lugger to the massive structural beams salvaged from old ships. A delightful barn conversion set in a tranquil area of West Cornwall. This single storey barn conversion is in a quiet location yet close to Penzance and local beaches. The cottage is on one level (single step in places) and has a fully enclosed south facing garden. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en suite wet room. The cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive.

Peaceful Country Treehouse Nr Penzance & St Ives

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

The Library with Sauna at The Old Post Office

3 miles in each direction to the North and South coasts, a self-contained, 2 storey annexe at the bottom of the garden. A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

With plenty of soft whites, wood and natural fabrics the cottage is designed with comfort in mind, but you’ll also find selected artwork, antique pieces and the normal mod-cons. A perfect retreat for two or a cosy bolt hole for four.

Surrounded by iconic & rugged Cornish countryside, with distant views to the sea, we promise a relaxing space to enjoy at your leisure. Easy access from the A3071, a set of wheels required due to inconsistent public transport. *PLEASE NOTE- it’s a working farm, if you’re adverse to cows mooing and pooing then this property is not for you!

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit.
