This aptly named cabin is as cute as they come, tastefully decorated with rustic and antique pieces. Offering hand hewn logs, wide plank knotty pine floors and large wood burning fireplace. The sounds from the creek can be heard inside the cabin, the wraparound deck or the 600 feet of creek frontage ideal for fishing, relaxing or wading in the cool clean mountain water. This fisherman's paradise offers fishing right in the back yard or just a few miles down the road is Tuckaseegee River.

Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.
