This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Everything you need for a Covid-safe stay in this beautiful city. You have your own entrance, kitchen, seating area, bedroom and bathroom. And your own courtyard between ancient walls. lt’s lovely cool in the hot summer. Close to public transport. Roads to Germany and Belgium are just around the corner. Parking nearby.

À 10 minutes à pied du centre de Liège, à 1 minute du Parc de la Boverie et de son musée, à proximité de Médiacité et de la Gare de Liège-Guillemins. Check-out tardif possible (15 €/heure, selon disponibilités). Parking sécurisé sur demande (15 €/nuit).

Stijlvol 'boutique' appartement waar je kan genieten van een heerlijk verblijf in Maastricht. De ruime keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor veel leefbaarheid. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met beide een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers met douche. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
