Easy access to Valley of the Rocks, surrounded by miles of beautiful walking paths and North Devon beaches. The house has recently undergone renovations and comes with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, laundry facilities and cosy living room with log burner. Two double bedrooms form the sleeping arrangements and guests can also enjoy outdoor space in the courtyard.

It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
