Dusty's Cottage is a ground floor, 2 bedroom flat that sleeps four people comfortably. It has a well equipped kitchen, a slate surrounded shower and bath in the bathroom, a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms and an enclosed courtyard area. It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

The apartment has designated parking for one car. The apartment has an electric cooker, heaters and hot water as no gas in the area.

There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! Beautiful family house with spectacular views from most rooms across the Bristol Channel to Wales and over Lynmouth village.The house is situated directly on the South West coast path on the hill between Lynton and Lynmouth with easy access on foot to both with all their amenities.There are five bedrooms along with two sitting rooms .There is a lovely terrace with a small table overlooking the sea.
