For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
