Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Vous apprécierez également la grande pièce de vie très lumineuse et traversante et les 3 chambres avec salle de douche chacune.

The crystal-clear Céou River is only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for swimming & picnics, while the Dordogne River, with its beaches, canoeing & paddleboarding, is just 5 minutes away by car.
