The Little Tump is a delightful, self-contained annexe of an extended 18th century farm cottage. We are atop a hill overlooking the Black Mountains with excellent walking all around. Close to Hay on Wye, the Offas Dyke path and a half hour drive from Abergavenny and the city of Hereford. We aim to provide the feel of a luxury retreat and all that you need to unwind in absolute comfort. Secluded at the foot of the woods - valley views

Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

A peaceful tranquil setting In the countryside with a separate entrance for your privacy . ..... The view is of the countryside but also not too far from Worcester, around 10 minutes drive. I am always available to answer any questions you may have ! ........ The accommodation has use of the garden and off road parking. Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

The Summerhouse,Countryside retreat with hot tub

The Summerhouse is a delightful detached lodge in the grounds of our cottage. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance,garden and patio area, hot tub and sun loungers. The Summerhouse has an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge,TV Netflix/ fitted kitchen with fridge,hob and microwave grill. There is a separate modern bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has the option of a super king size bed or two single beds as required . There is off road parking in our car park.

Beautiful stylish Apartment with free parking

The Apartment at Palmers House is a beautifully refurbished stylish apartment located in central Ludlow - 2 mins walk from the river, bustling market square and the 11th century castle. Our spacious apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in order to explore this lovely old town and its surrounding areas. We provide a permit for free on street parking which allows you to park 1 vehicle on Mill Street where we are located. We leave a selection of breakfast items to get you off to a good start.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Self contained annexe, Hay on Wye

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Buzzards and red kites circle overhead. Fabulous, unspoilt views of Clee hill, Brown Clee and Flounders folly. Church Stretton and the Long Mynd is a 20 minute drive away. Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
