WELCOME! We invite you to stay on one side of our quaint downtown abode. You are in walking distance to some of the best bars, breweries, & restaurants in Indy. Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.

This adorable aqua bungalow is located in the Fletcher Place Neighborhood just steps from some of the best restaurants, sporting events & concert venues in Indianapolis. This home has a lot of modern touches! Attention to detail has been given to ensure a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We want it to be your "home away from home" while you're in Indy!
