Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Riverfront Studio Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Waterfront 6 bed home with beach and hot tub (April-Oct) is the perfect place for your next get-a-way. Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

This cottage comes fully furnished, including linens, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen, for a worry free vacation. The home includes most everything, to make your vacation easy, including amenities like an outdoor grill, bicycles of various sizes, and beach toys sure to please kids of all ages.

There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

East Shore Cottage is located in a private development on the Shores of Lake Erie. The Cottage is 600 ft Down the Street from the Association Beach. We accept Pets see fee & requirements. There is Play& picnic area next door as well. The Location is ideal Getaway ! to go Fishing, kayaking ,lay on the beach or just relax at the cottage. There are Restraints, parks and historic Monroe is nearby. Located just South of Detroit and North of Toledo The cottage makes for a easy getaway vacation!
