The Valley House is located in Sierraville, which is a small town nestled in the corner of the great Sierra Valley with great food, hot springs, and recreation opportunities within walking or biking distance.

Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
