With views of Weather Lamb and The Old Man of Coniston, The Cottage is the perfect place to relax, take in the views and get away from it all. With the Cumbrian Way and footpaths located near to the property, enthusiastic walkers can explore the stunning countryside, pet the goats and sheep and enjoy Coniston Water, which is only a few miles from The Cottage.

Stable a Peaceful escape to discover the Lakes

Nestled in the tiny hamlet of Broughton Beck just 40 minutes to the centre of the Lake District, the Stable is a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and is a perfect base to explore the Southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay Peninsulas. Situated on the lower ground floor of a traditional 200 year old Cumbrian Bank Barn the Stable has charm and character yet modern day comforts. Nearby Ulverston, has regular festivals and many independent shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

This cosy cottage has been stylishly enhanced to provide guests with a range of modern conveniences whilst retaining some of the original 1880 features. A refurbished wash house, in a separate building across a small court yard, provides guests with additional facilities including utility room, second shower room, equipment drying storage room, secure cycle storage area, quiet room. There is a garden and sun terrace with views across the Leven Estuary. Cottage access via 15 steps from the road.

A stunning 200 year-old cottage located in the charming small village of Bouth in the Lake District, now a UNESCO world heritage region. Situated on a quiet country road and bounded on two sides by open fields, with grazing shire horses and Jersey cows, this is the idyllic country retreat. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard whilst retaining all the charm of its period. The traditional village pub is a few metres away. Breathtaking natural scenery awaits you from the doorway.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Camping Barn 2, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Rusland Retreat

Rusland Retreat is on the first floor of a barn conversion nestled in an elevated position in the hamlet of Oxen Park, in the beautiful Rusland Valley. The accommodation is perfect for a luxurious romantic retreat or as a base for outdoor activities. With immediate access to walking and cycling and an abundance of wildlife. Situated within the Lake District National Park, we are an easy 10 minute drive to Coniston Water and 15 minutes to Windermere.
