City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Very walkable up and down Magazine St and throughout the neighborhood, very easy Uber ride to anywhere in the City. Also very bike friendly...BYOBike ;-) Street parking is free and readily available.
