With two spacious bedrooms with king beds and another room with a twin, there is plenty of room for a family visiting Rocky Mountain National Park or nearby universities. Walk just a few blocks to live music, restaurants, and breweries in Downtown Loveland, plus it’s just a short drive to Fort Collins, Estes Park, and Boulder. Close to CSU, UNC, Aims.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? This cabin is about 45 minutes from Ft. Collins, CO, an hour from Laramie, WY, and two hours from Denver. The peace, quiet and beautiful views will help you unwind and relax. We have dozens of games for your whole family, are close to trails and lakes, and have a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar (including a coffee grinder). We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!
