Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! The Springhouse is nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s Wine Country! Originally constructed in the early 1800's, the structure was built over a natural spring that was used for refrigeration. Water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

Nestled on a hillside overlooking the tributary to the Potomac this glammed out cottage has everything you need for a romantic getaway. Immersed just outside the tall glass walls is a private deck overlooking a forest. Need to social distance? Our quiet country studio is far enough from Washington DC to get away without being gone. Ideal for grabbing some space, a long run, a bike ride, or visiting local wineries. The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

Beautiful one bedroom, one bath cottage on a picturesque 14 acre farm just outside of downtown Leesburg. Nestled in close to local vineyards, this charming, free-standing cottage is yours and perfect for a weekend getaway or alternative to a hotel. Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and peace and quiet on our little farm. Wander the property and say hello to our donkey, mule, Long Horn cows, goats, chickens, and 3 barn cats (and 3 kiddos!). Just 3 miles to downtown Leesburg.

The Cottage at Stonecroft

Circa 1902, the Cottage is nestled at the foot of the Blueridge Mountains. The location will put you in touch with the history of the area, antique shops, wineries/breweries and nearby hiking. 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs; living room, dining table and full kitchen on main level (note ceilings in living/dining room are 6'3"). Wifi, fire pit and small charcoal grill. Absolutely no pets/animals. The property has video security system on the exterior of the property only.

Our tiny house is a bit larger w/ 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath, family room & cozy front porch with private parking.
