A 2.5 km de la playa, a 15 min del centro, caminando. A la vuelta tienes una tienda de Oxxo, un autozone.

Steps from the Sea of Cortez, this two bedroom, two bath house is located in a charming and quaint community. The house faces one of the community pools and is a short walk to golf and the beach. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. (Note: The Marina boat slips are for Owners only.)

Studio Sabila has a king bed and a spacious eclectic kitchen to cook lovely meals with all necessary equipment to prepare a complete meal. The studio has a fun contemporary decoration which is located in the second floor. Once you enter the studio you would be able call it home. Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.
