Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Located between Vermillion and Downtown Lorain, only a few minutes drive from the Lakeview Park Beach, local Marinas and public boat ramps, a short drive to Downtown Cleveland or Cedar Point. A great place to enjoy a relaxing getaway, a romantic weekend, fishing/boating excursion, or fun filled days at Cedar Point.
