This waterfront hillside cabin has an open concept floorplan with a sleeping loft for up to 5 and is a cozy place to relax and enjoy amazing panoramic water views and sunrises. This retreat features a new kitchen, a new bath with a spa-like shower, and beautiful hardwood flooring. Enjoy grilling and hot tubbing on the wrap-around deck, out door fire pit, and short walks to the private community beach.

Tie up your boat and walk up to the house to take in the garden views and natural light from the huge 10' hand made glass doors. The downstairs contains full kitchen, commercial sink and living area with wood burning stove. Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom and a large bedroom (king bed) with a sitting area to read. Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.
