It’s open floor plan and high ceilings gives a balance of comfort and artistic appeal. There is a lounging loft which can be used as a sleeping space for agile children and adults. We have designed the house to honor the era in which it was built and elevate the aesthetic. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub.

Private getaway - farm house on 5 acre family farmstead with vineyard, valley views and goats in the Tualatin Mountains near Portland, Scappoose, Beaverton and Hillsboro, Oregon. Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
