A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.
