Four swivel stools by the kitchen make a great breakfast bar or hangout area. BBQ and relax on the back patio after the Beach. Kids can feed the turtles and catch fish right on the patio. This updated townhouse is a 4 minute walk to the beach while it sleeps six adults without anyone having to sleep in the living room. The bathroom offers an amazing shower experience and you can easily wash all the sand and salt water off after spending the entire day on the beach. This is in the heart of PCB with a local grocery store less than a half a mile away. This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
