Walking distance to the beach, Jones Park and downtown Gulfport with lots of restaurants and events. Pets allowed with fee, fully fenced yard with extra lot for space to run. Fire pit . Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.
