The little house is located within a 170-acre modern farm community filled with open meadows, woods and dunes. Minutes to beach, 1 hour to Chicago. Relax and enjoy the property or head out to explore the lakeshore, wineries, and great area restaurants! Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living area w/fireplace, and a large screened in porch. Large windows flood the house with natural light and will make you feel like you're living in the treetops. A perfect getaway!

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

1 mile from BLUE CHIP CASINO - with its new SPORTS BOOK and is where the away team stays for NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL, 2 miles from the outlet mall, 7 blocks to the beach, and plenty of parking! 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 1 bathroom. This is a great place regardless of the season and though in the city; it backs up to woods with lovely walking trails. The home also has hi speed internet/WiFi and HD cable television. Simple, practical home in a safe neighborhood - and it’s a bargain!

This property has about 20 stairs to get to the apartment above a State Farm office. Close to downtown, 2.0 miles to Washington Park & Beach at Lake Michigan, 2.0 miles to Blue Chip Casino and 1.1 miles to the Lighthouse Outlet Mall. There is the South Shore train station 0.7 of a mile away. That train can take you to Chicago, Illinois or to South Bend, Indiana. Amtrak is 1.5 miles away. Michigan City Marina or Zoo are 2.0 miles away.
