Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Perfect for couples or single travellers, for holidays, weekend travel or business accommodation. Less than 5 mins drive from the city centre. Take a lovely gentle walk along the waterside path to the Cataract Gorge (20 min), the city (2 km), or to nearby tailrace park (5 min).
