With this spacious 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 laundry, plus 3 foldout twin beds is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out like jelly. We have a covered picnic area right out front with fire pit and grill. If you want to play in the creek or fish there is also a gazebo overlooking the creek. Trail 14 is straight across the road for all you trail riding adventures. We are close to Dollar Store and gas stations.

If you’re trail riders, you have easy access to most Hatfield & McCoy rides. You can take off on your 4 wheelers/ATVs and reach Bearwallow trails in 10 minutes. If you like water, go kayak.Chief Logan State Park is 10 minutes away on 119 Hgwy, with public pools, playgrounds, fishing, picnic, & trail walks.

The property has a large parking lot to accommodate your ATVs with room to spare. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located just 0.3 miles from Bear Wallow trail head with plenty of parking. The Loft has two bedrooms, and one has a tv, the shared living space has a tv, Daybed with trundle and a bunk bed featuring a full on bottom and twin on top. Walking distance from McCoy nightclub and 317 Steak house. Pet friendly with deposit. Rent the other 2 lofts and take over the entire top floor.
