Close to some amazing fish and chip shops, tearooms and everything central. A short walk to the beach.There is free on street parking with scratch cards that we provide in the W zones which are within a 5min walk from the flat. There is a pub directly opposite which at weekends you may experience some noise

Saltburn l The Outlook- Sea views, Dog friendly.

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Situated on a pedestrianised cobbled street, the cottage is a stones throw away from the the beach, harbour, river and High St and a mere 30 second walk to pubs, cafes and art galleries. Bottom Pigsty The Bottom Pigsty is a mezzanine style cottage. The downstairs space is an open-plan living area with a separate wet room shower, basin and toilet. There is a kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and all the appliances and crockery, pans and oven wear you will need for your stay. There is a TV, Wi-Fi and USB sockets. Upstairs is a mezzanine overlooking the lower level. Sleeping is in double bed and a single with trundle (sleeping 4 comfortably in one space.
