Located near lakes, rivers, festivals, and antiquing, guests will find that this is a perfect location for exploring our town and surrounding attractions. We’re just 30 miles from famous Route 66. Betty’s Branch is the two-adults, one-bedroom option of our other listing, Peggy’s Perch.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. It is walking distance from two of Chouteau's famous restaurants, the Dutch Pantry and Amish Cheese House. Nettie Ann's Bakery is right next to the Amish Cheese House. There is a garage to park your vehicle inside, the second garage is available if you let us know ahead of time."
